Lisa Nandy to remain as UK Culture Secretary

Lisa Nandy will stay on as culture secretary as prime minister Andy Burnham continued to name his cabinet on Monday evening.
Nandy, a member of Parliament since 2010, was appointed secretary of state for culture, media and sport by previous Prime Minister Keir Starmer in July 2024, making her the 12th minister in the post in almost as many years.
Prime Minister Andy Burnham has announced that Lisa Nandy will remain UK's Culture Secretary, she will extend her stay at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport beyond two years. She is the longest-serving culture secretary since Jeremy Hunt in 2010.
