Co-hosted by the City of Gaziantep, Horasis will hold the 2023 Horasis Global Meeting in Gaziantep, Türkiye over 22-23 October. The theme of the Horasis Global Meeting is to consider how to have a positive impact on Innovation, Sustainability and Reconstruction.
The meeting will draw together some of the world’s best known business leaders as well as government officials and representatives of international organizations. More than 600 of the most senior members of the Horasis Visions Community will gather for an unparalleled experience advancing solutions to the critical challenges facing corporations and societies today. Gaziantep and the southern region of Türkiye, were hit by a massive earthquake earlier this year: participants are invited to propose solutions to reconstruct the city.
The world is facing unprecedented stress – on its systems and on its people via economic imbalances, geo-politics, and climate change. Although these factors interact in seemingly uncontrolled ways, we can make changes that mitigate negative pressures. Being a cradle of various civilizations over the course of time, the City of Gaziantep is a historical, cultural, touristic, and industrial city that will underscore this year’s meeting theme; Gaziantep is a center of global dialogue. The city and the Turkish national government are focusing on sustainable growth and looking to the future with confidence to create impact.
