A 10-year-old girl died of a heart attack while visiting the Palace of Versailles outside Paris, French media reported, the girl had arrived from the United States with her family.
Wednesday afternoon, the little girl lost consciousness while she was in the courtyard of the palace.
The emergency crew, who arrived immediately, tried to revive her but were unable to do so. The child was suffering from health problems and was undergoing treatment. From the first elements leaked by the French media, the heat could have aggravated the child's situation even if it should not have been the cause of death.
